Peak Capital Corporation was originally established to acquire and consolidate assets of three institutions operating in Sub Saharan Africa and build upon that consolidation to broaden and deepen activities in other markets. From the institution's early activities, long term commitment to investing and building businesses has always been clear.

Strategic Direction & Oversight
The Group Board of Directors takes decisions on the strategy of the Group, upon recommendation by Group Executive Committee through the Group Chief Executive Officer, and is responsible for the overall direction, supervision and control of the Group and its management.
It is also responsible for other aspects of governance including supervising compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations. The Board of Directors exercises oversight over Peak Capital Corporation and all its subsidiaries and associated interests, and is responsible for establishing a clear Group governance framework to provide effective steering and supervision of the Group.
The ultimate responsibility for the success of Peak Capital Corporation and for delivering sustainable shareholder value within a framework of prudent and effective controls rests with the Board of Directors. It approves all financial statements, appoints and removes all members of the Group Executive Board.
Day-to-Day Leadership
The Executive Board runs the day-to-day affairs of the Group through delegated authority of the Board of Directors. The Group Executive Board is led by the Group Chief Executive Officer.
